Eurovac’s Exhaust Hose Reels are designed for the extraction of car and truck exhaust gases at the tailpipe which are emitted inside buildings They are designed for facilities such as vehicle service garages and vehicle storage garages as wwell as hard to reach ares for many other types of fumes and gases. A flexible hose mounted on the reel allows for extraction of gas-air mixture with max. temperature 150C. The Eurovac hose reel is made from steel components which are galvanised or painted.

The spring mechanism housed on one of the sheaves allows easy manual unrolling and automatic retraction of the flexible hose. The hose may be placed in almost any position by means of a ratchet locking device mounted on the Spring Casette.  The reel is constructed to operate with the Sliding Exhaust rail. Flexible hoses in diameters 4″ (100mm), 5″ (125mm) and 6″ (160mm) and varying lengths (see table below) may be installed. The inlet end of the flexible hose can be equipped with different types of nozzles which adapt to the tailpipe. The outlet of the reel is designed to connect flexible hose or spiral duct with a diameter of 6″. A fan may also be directly mounted to the reel.

Eurovac Motorized Exhaust Hose Reels are designed for the extraction of car and truck exhaust gases at the tailpipe which are emitted inside buildings. Our reels are designed for facilities such as vehicle service garages and vehicle storage garages as well as hard to reach areas for many other types of fumes and gases.  Eurovac motorized exhaust hose reels can handle various sized hoses (3”, 4”, 6” and even 8” hose) with lengths as long as 33’ and hose temperature ratings as high as 600 degree depending on the vehicle exhaust application.The Eurovac motorized hose reel is made from steel components which are galvanised or powder coat painted. The motorized release and return mechanism housed on one of the reel supports allows easy unrolling and retraction of the flexible hose and is controlled by a radio remote control. The hose may be lowered to almost any position.  The inlet end of the flexible hose may be equipped with different types of nozzles which adapt to the tailpipe. The outlet of the reel may be equipped with a fan directly mounted to the reel.

Sliding Suction Rail

The sleek design of a sliding suction rail vehicle exhaust system has a real presence and will improve the look of your shop overnight. By sharing exhaust drops, you are exhausting less air out of the facility and therefore you can utilize a smaller fan resulting in air makeup and energy consumption savings. The sliding suction rail system comes in 10′ sections and includes an air tight rubber seal for the vehicle exhaust trolleys to travel along. Eurovac trolleys are ready to slide into place with a hose reel or balancer/telescoping drop attached. Eurovac systems include: rail couplings, rail end caps, duct connectors, wall or ceiling brackets as well as all necessary hose and adapters.

Our hose drops are designed for facilities such as vehicle service garages and vehicle storage garages as well as hard to reach areas for many other types of fumes and gases.Eurovac exhaust hose drops can handle various sized hoses (3”, 4”, 6” and even 8” hose) with lengths as long as 33’ and hose temperature ratings as high as 600 degree depending on the vehicle exhaust application.The Eurovac exhaust hose is supported by a rubber hose saddle that is attached to a spring return ratchet locked balancer.  Eurovac also offers an extremely economical solution to vehicle exhaust with a rope and pulley method of retracting the hose up off the ground.The inlet end of the flexible hose may be equipped with different types of nozzles which adapt to the tailpipe.
