Vehicle Interior Cleaning
We will work with you to determine whether an industrial vacuum system or bellows system is best suited for your transit interior cleaning needs.
Eurovac Industrial Vacuum Systems offer high suction performance and include all necessary tube, bends and fittings that run from the vacuum system to inlets located close to vehicle doors. We can provide a complete vacuum system solution that includes all necessary hoses and cleaning tools required for a technician to effectively vacuum inside the transit vehicles.
An alternative method of interior cleaning is our High Volume Bellow System. The bellows fits over the exterior of a transit door, and instead of vacuuming the interior of a vehicle, a technician would sweep or compressed air blow particulate towards the bellows opening. A high volume of air will pull the particulate through the bellows and back to a central collector.
For a complete detail solution, a Eurovac Chemical Dispensing System can accompany either a high vacuum system or high volume bellows system.
Vehicle Exhaust
When vehicles are running indoors, it is extremely important to extract the exhaust fumes to the outside of the facility, for the health and safety of the people working inside.
Our vehicle exhaust solutions range from simple Hose Drop Systems to more sophisticated and user friendly system options such as Spring Return Hose Reels, Motorized Hose Reels and Sliding Suction Rails.
A complete Eurovac Exhaust System includes adaptors for easy connection to vehicle tail pipes, exhaust fans with the appropriate air flows to ensure safe removal to the outdoors, and exhaust hoses suited to the vehicles exhaust temperature requirements.
Body Shop Dust Extraction
A Eurovac Portable or Central Dust Extraction System will capture body shop dust directly the source of tools such as orbital sanders. A Eurovac Dust Extraction System will ensure that your shop is a clean, healthy and efficient work environment.
We offer a complete vacuum system solution with all necessary tube, bends, fittings, hoses and vacuum assist hand tools.
Weld Fume Extraction
Metal repair and fabrication produces harmful dust and fumes. Eurovac offers Downdraft Tables, Fume Extraction Arms or Portable Fume Extractors to capture the particulate at the source. The addition of Eurovac dust/fume extraction equipment, helps protect operator health and ensures compliance with safety standards.
