All Eurovac systems are produced with heavy duty welded construction and state of the art filtration that is tailored to the type of dust being captured. We design and engineer your system to effectively and safely capture the dust, ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA and ATEX regulations.

By capturing the particulate directly at the source, you will save time and expense of clean up labor, as well as reduce the chance of dust contaminating your painting area and the facilities equipment controls. Additionally, sandpaper will last longer when it is free of dust and this will help reduce costs. Most importantly, you will be making your work space a safer and healthier environment for your employees.

High Vacuum Dust Collection Systems

Eurovac central and portable high vacuum dust collection systems, are effective at capturing dust at the source of vacuum assist hand tools, such as orbital sanders, grinders, trim saws and routers. With hand tools, a higher vacuum level (40″ to 100″ Water Column typically) is necessary to offset friction losses with small diameter hoses (3/4” to 2″ vacuum hoses).

High Volume Dust Collection Systems

Eurovac central high volume dust collection systems are effective at capturing dust at the source of plant equipment with larger dust collection take-offs such as CNC Routers, table saws and planers. This type of plant equipment is best suited for a higher volume of air at lower vacuum levels (8″ to 18″ Water Column typically) for connection with larger diameter hoses (3” to 6″ vacuum hoses).
